Rocky Kramlich
President
Rocky Kramlich has been a Teamster member
for 32 years, initiated into Local 45 in August 1976 as a feeder driver
for United Parcel Service.
He worked on the first Teamster/UPS
contract for Local 45. Rocky has served as Job Steward for Local
45 from 1977 until June of 1981 when his job moved to
Billings. Rocky was then elected Local 190 UPS Job Steward in
September 1981 in which he served until being appointed to Local 190's
Executive Board as Trustee on January 1, 1994. He served in that
position until January 1, 2001 at which time he was elected President
of Teamsters Union Local 190.
Rocky is
married with two grown children and one grandson. Rocky
particiapates in local and regional union activies and electing
political friendly candidates.

Jerry Cernohlavek
Vice President
Jerry Cernohlavek became a Teamsters
in March of 1979 when he went to work for SuperValu where he is
currently working. Jerry was a job steward for over twenty years
and helped negotiate several contracts. He was appointed as a
Trustee in 1996 and has been elected to Executive Board positions of
Trustee, Recording Secretary, and currently Vice-President.
Jerry and his wife, Colleen have
one married daughter and enjoy spending time at the family cabin on the
Stillwater River.

Joe
Dwyer
Secretary-Treasurer
Joe Dwyer's
Teamster career began in 1974 when he was initiated as a Great Western
Sugar warehouseman with Local 1064.
Elected Vice-President of that Local in 1983, he was subsequently
appointed President/Principal Officer in 1985. When Local 1064 merged
with Local 190 in 1990, Dwyer became a Business Agent, and later was
elected Trustee. Appointed Local 190 Secretary-Treasurer/Principal
Officer in 1996, he has since been elected to that position in 1997,
2000, 2003 and 2006.
Dwyer serves as a Trustee for the Montana Teamsters
Contractors/Employers Trust and the Western Conference of Teamsters
Pension Trust, Recording Secretary of Teamsters Joint Council 3 and has
served as a labor member of the Montana Board of Personnel Appeals.
Dwyer was appointed by Governor Brian Schweitzer in November 2005
to the Board of Directors of the Montana State Fund. Schweitzer
appointed Dwyer as Chairman of the Board of the State Fund in June of
2007.
Dwyer was born in New Brighton, PA. He and his wife Kathy have three
children and three grandchildren.

Ed Bakken
Trustee
Ed Bakken has been a member of Teamsters Union Local 190 since August of 1984, working at the City of Billings Parks Department.
Ed became a Job Steward in November of 1985 and has held that position to the present. Ed was appointed Trustee in April of 1999 and has been re-elected to
that position also to present.
Ed has two grown children and one grandson. When Ed isn't outside at work, he enjoys outside in play; golfing, hunting, and fishing.

Betty Ferguson
Trustee
Betty Ferguson has been a school bus driver since 1979 and a member of Local 190 since the 1981.
Betty held the position of Job Steward for several years. She was appointed Trustee in September of 2000 and has been re-elected to that position til present.
Betty has been married for 44 years to husband, Roy. When Betty isn't driving bus, she enjoys fishing, boating and hunting.

Dan
Bryan
Trustee
Dan Bryan has been a member of Teamsters Union Local 190 employed by the City of Billings as of November 1998. Dan became a Job Steward in September 2005 and was appointed to Trustee in November 2006. He was then elected to that position in December 2006.

Jim Soumas
Recording Secretary
Jim Soumas has worked for Sysco since April 1994 at which time he also became a member of Local 190. He has served on the Sysco contract committee in 2000 and as chairman of that committee in 2005. Jim also was on the negotiating team in 2005.
Jim was electedas a Sysco job steward in July of 2000 and has held that position to the present. Jim was elected as Lcoal 190 Recording Secretary in 2003 and has been re-elected to that position to present. Jim also was appointed Local 190 Organizer in June of 2007.
Jim is married with four children ages 18, 14, 10, and 4. He enjoys spending time with family going camping, fishng, barrel racing and to
rodeos.
